Sharing another look today from our stay at the Cameron House Inn. I love beach biking–it’s fun to cruise around the flat roads and sight-see for hours. While in Manteo, we rode down to Roanoke Island to check out the Elizabethan Gardens and the Lost Colony. It was actually a great time of year to visit since the peak summer vacation season hadn’t begun, making for less crowds and cooler weather. This gauzy plaid shirt (also worn here) is perfect for fluctuating temperatures because it can cover my arms if it’s a little chilly, but the sheer fabric also breathes really well as the temperature rises. I love wearing it with navy because it complements the mix of pastels so well.
