Well, the groundhog has called it: we’re set for an early spring—and considering it’s going to be almost 70 degrees here today, I believe his prediction! Since Valentine’s Day is just around the corner, I’m sharing a little romantic style featuring this beautiful blouse paired with my new favorite jeans.
One of spring’s top trends will be statement blouses—think ruffles, strong shoulders, and colorful patterns. The soft blush color and romantic style of this one makes it a perfect option for a Valentine’s Day date (I plan on wearing it myself if we manage to get out for dinner!)
Ya’ll: I think I found my holy-grail boyfriend jean! Don’t get me wrong, I already own several pairs, but the low waist style of those doesn’t suit me anymore. This fit has that casual, cool-girl vibe that’s loose in all the right places but with a flattering high waist (basically exactly what I’ve been searching for). I also love how it looks with booties, which I’ll make sure to feature on the blog as well. My tolerance for taking photos in cold weather has gotten lower over the years, so I Since it was I threw my coat over top and actually love how the sleeves look peeking out.
