One of my favorite formulas for a cold weather outfit that’s as effortless as it is chic is a sweater, skinny jeans, and boots. The overall look is simple, but accessories like a hat and a statement bag add just the right amount of interest to make it anything but boring. I love tunic sweaters and can’t say enough good things about this poncho style turtleneck from Ann Taylor. The longer length makes it perfect with skinny jeans, but it’s also great worn over a short skirt, and the cashmere feels so soft and cuddly. I’ve been on a black and gray kick lately, and a slate blue satchel reflects the cool tones of this outfit.
