I’ve had this nautical striped tunic blouse in my “new for spring” collection for a few months now. Since it’s still too cold to wear alone, I layered it under a cozy waffle stitch sweater. A touch of mint and a burst of bright pink against the palest blue denim adds an additional spring element to the ensemble.
