My sweet hubby took me to Washington, D.C. for a surprise date weekend. We had a wonderful time seeing a comedy show, touring the White House, going out for a fabulous dinner, and watching a performance of Handel’s “Messiah” at the Kennedy Center. The city looked exceptionally beautiful with all of the holiday decorations. Upon arrival, we took a walk down Pennsylvania Avenue to snap some photos and stopped at a Starbucks for one of my seasonal favorites, a gingerbread latte. ‘Tis the season! 😉
